Host a Creative Workshop at Always Summer
At Always Summer, we’re passionate about nurturing creativity and building community.
Are you interested in hosting a creative workshop? Our cozy workshop space is located in the heart of the Zeeheldenkwartier and features a long communal table that comfortably seats up to 8 participants, perfect for intimate, hands-on sessions.
We welcome a wide range of creative workshops, including jewelry making, crochet, collaging, painting, color analysis, creative journaling, poetry writing, interior design, and more. If you have a skill, craft, or creative idea you’d love to share, we’d be happy to hear from you.
Fee and Revenue Share
The workshop host receives 65% of the total ticket sales, while 35% goes to Always Summer to cover the venue, promotion, ticket sales, payment processing, and transaction fees.
A €30 deposit is required to secure the space. This amount will be deducted from the 35% fee after the event.
The workshop host is responsible for preparing and facilitating the workshop, as well as providing all necessary materials unless agreed otherwise.

We’re happy to accommodate after-hours events on a case-by-case basis. Just get in touch, and we’ll do our best to make it work.
What's included?
To support a smooth and welcoming workshop experience, we provide:
- A cozy workshop space with a long table and chairs for up to 8 participants, depending on workshop type it can go until 10 participants.
- Access to a toilet and kitchenette equipped with a kettle, microwave, cups, glasses, and cutlery.
- Promotion across both the host’s and Always Summer’s channel: a collaborative Instagram post with @alwayssummerconceptstore
- Promotion in-store, on our social media accounts, and on the Events & Workshops page of the Always Summer website, using the photos, text, and event poster provided by the host
- Ticket listing and sales both in-store and directly through our website
- Payment processing and transaction fees covered by Always Summer
- In-store support to help create a smooth and positive customer experience during the event
- Optional light snacks and refreshments for guests, available for an additional agreed fee
- Optional add-ons, such as a flipchart stand and monitor, available upon request and subject to availability
Please note:
- All tickets must be purchased through the Always Summer website.
- The collaborator is responsible for cleaning and restoring the space to its original condition, including washing any dishes, cups, or utensils used.
- As the workshop space is inside our concept store, our staff may need occasional access during your booking. We’ll do our best to minimize disruptions.
Cancellation Policy for Collaborator:
Full refund of the deposit if the event is canceled 7+ days before the booking date.
50% refund of deposit if canceled 3–6 days before.
No refund if canceled within 48 hours of the start time.
