Fifty years ago, farmers in Saloy planted their trees. Their children and grandchildren are now cocoa growers. This bar is Saloy, but now 85% and without cocoa butter.

Located in the tropical mountains, Saloy is fed with fresh spring water that flows through the lush forests and gives the chocolate a very dynamic taste.

Description

The Auro Reserve collection is carefully crafted from the finest beans from one estate. Auro approaches each variety and harvest with a fresh perspective to bring out the special characteristics of the terroir.

Saloy is a community of just under 2,100 people, part of the city of Davao , on the southern island of Mindanao . Davao was once the center of cocoa farming. Saloy is actually located far outside the city of Davao, in the mountainous area with tropical forest.

Flavor notes: spices, bergamot and cherries.
Ingredients: cocoa beans.

May contain traces of milk, nuts, peanuts and soy.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may start the return process:

2. Please ensure that the packaging is well packed and protected from possible damage.

3. Return fees will be covered by you.
