Discover Kinta's raw capiz decorations, celebrating minimalist design and handcrafted quality. Capiz is a natural shell from Philippine waters, prized for its soft, pearly lustre and delicate translucency. Each ornament is handmade in a small workshop by skilled artisans, with production coordinated by our long-term partner Lorna. The unpolished capiz shells are carefully trimmed and assembled into elegant festive shapes, including hanging ornaments, strings, wreaths and freestanding pieces. Available in multiple designs and sizes to suit any style or space, perfect for anyone who loves minimalist décor, natural materials and authentic craftsmanship. We highly value a close, personal relationship with our supplier. Each year we visit the workshop in person, where we review and discuss working conditions and related matters together. These relationships are important to us, and together with our suppliers we share the aim of continuing to work towards the best possible conditions for people and the environment. We source natural capiz shell from selected suppliers. Each shipment is accompanied by an Export Commodity Clearance issued by the Philippine Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), documenting compliance with applicable regulations.

JEWELRY CARE

- Store jewelry in pouch when not in use
- Pat dry after in contact with water
- Use polishing cloth for a quick clean

BRASS:
-Brass can oxidize overtime due to humidity and body chemistry.
-Patina/Oxidation can develop overtime (it can have a vintage gold look)
- To prevent it from tarnishing, continue wearing your brass pieces as your skin oils can help maintain its shine.
- Polishing it with microfiber cloth

For deep cleaning your brass pieces:
-Make a baking soda and lemon paste, rub & rinse with water
- Clean with Brasso Metal Polish

- It is fine to swim and shower with your stainless steel pieces

- Comes with a handcrafted canvas pouch or jewelry box made from recycled eco materials
-Packaged with a recylable mailer box

DELIVERY

All items are shipped from the Netherlands

• 2-5 days delivery in NL and BE
• Shipping is via Post NL or DHL.
• All shipping costs will be calculated in the checkout screen.
• Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders above €65.

Once your order is shipped, we will send out a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may start the return process:

1. Send us an email at alwayssummernetherlands@gmail.com.

2. Please ensure that the packaging is well packed and protected from possible damage.

3. Return fees will be covered by you.

The following circumstances/items that are not possible for returns or exchanges:

• Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene purposes.
• Items that have been worn or used.
• You cannot exchange sale items
• Gift Cards
• Your order didn’t arrived due to factors within your control (for example you provided us with the wrong shipping address).
• Your order didn’t arrive due to one or other circumstances outside the control of Always Summer
