This product is made from capiz pulp and a recycled plastic bottle. Capiz pulp is made from the residual material from the capiz production. Capiz is a fairly flat translucent shell found in large quantities in the sea around the Philippines. Pieces of capiz remain in the production of Kinta’s capiz products, which are recycled into capiz pulp products. The capiz pulp together with old newspaper pulp is applied on a recycled plastic bottle. The bottle inside ensures that the vases and flowerpots are waterproof. We recommend not to fill the vase more than to the half. Do not wash or soak the vase in water.The products are handmade with great care, the people working on the products are paid a fair price/income.

All items are shipped from the Netherlands

• 2-5 days delivery in NL and BE
• Shipping is via Post NL or DHL.

• Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders above €65.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may start the return process:

2. Please ensure that the packaging is well packed and protected from possible damage.

3. Return fees will be covered by you.

The following circumstances/items that are not possible for returns or exchanges:

• Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene purposes.
• Items that have been worn or used.
• You cannot exchange sale items
• Gift Cards
• Your order didn’t arrived due to factors within your control (for example you provided us with the wrong shipping address).
