This product is handcrafted from sustainably sourced acacia wood and treated with a food safe varnish. Acacia wood is characterized by numerous grain patterns in different shades. This natural appearance imply that not 2 products look the same. It is produced by a small-scale family business in the Philippines. The company is well organized and strives to create a healthy, creative and enjoyable working environment for its employees, who all earn a decent, fair wage.

• Shipping is via Post NL or DHL.
• All shipping costs will be calculated in the checkout screen.
• Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders above €65.
Once your order is shipped, we will send out a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may start the return process:

2. Please ensure that the packaging is well packed and protected from possible damage.
3. Return fees will be covered by you.
The following circumstances/items that are not possible for returns or exchanges:
• Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene purposes.
• Items that have been worn or used.
• You cannot exchange sale items
• Gift Cards
• Your order didn’t arrived due to factors within your control (for example you provided us with the wrong shipping address).
